Lowri Turner is a well-known television presenter, journalist and writer. She has presented many popular TV shows, including Looking Good, Housecall, Would Like To Meet and several series of DIY SOS. Recently, she presented the Channel 5 series Useless Teenager, and has recently filmed Sky Travel Shop for Sky TV. She is a regular panellist on Channel 5’s The Wright Stuff and newspaper reviewer for BBC Breakfast, and often contributes to BBC Radio 4 programmes.

Originally a journalist, Lowri made her name writing for the Observer and as Fashion Editor of the Evening Standard, where she quickly developed a reputation for her wickedly honest opinions. She has written two novels, Stripped Bare (2003) and Switchcraft (2004). She continues to write extensively for the national press, and writes a regular column for the Welsh newspaper Western Mail.
