Joanna Hall is a leading UK fitness, diet and lifestyle expert, named by Cosmopolitan magazine as “the UK’s most influential woman in fitness”. Her Guardian column, “All you need to know about…” is read by millions every week and she is a frequent face on TV and in the media. Drawing upon extensive academic and practical experience from around the world and in the UK, Joanna’s approach is refreshing, results-driven, medically endorsed and scientifically innovative.

On television, Joanna was resident Diet and Fitness specialist on ITV’s This Morning, and has made numerous programmes for channels including Discovery and LivingTV. She has provided expert comments on topical issues for CNN and ITN news channels, and her expertise has been called upon by major organisations including Volvic, Reebok, Nike and the Royal Navy. She is a Diet and Fitness expert for Tesco’s Healthy Living club, and in response to recent political moves, Joanna was invited to be a Patron of Move4Health, the official physical activity provision of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Obesity.
