Kathryn Marsden is an author and freelance health writer with more than 1,250 articles to her credit.  She has written for a wide range of magazines and newspapers including Cosmopolitan, the Express, the Daily Mail, You Magazine, Woman & Home, Woman’s Realm, Marie Claire, Best, Company and Essentials.  Her regular columns have appeared in Family Circle, Woman, New Woman, Sunday Business, Woman’s Day Australia and Pharmacy Magazine.
 
Her first book, The Food Combining Diet (1993), was an instant success and has been reprinted eighteen times. The Complete Book of Food Combining (2000) received rave reviews as one of the best – and easiest to follow – books available on health and diet. Good Gut Healing (2003), an extensively researched volume of effective solutions for all those digestive and bowel problems that no-one likes to discuss, was an Amazon top ten bestseller. It’s also a great fun read, full of the author’s trademark humour. Kathryn is published in twelve languages, including Chinese, Russian, Hebrew, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Finnish, German, Spanish and Swedish. She is now based in Spain, and is working on a new project.
